Do you offer bridal and pamper parties?

We offer all our amazing treatments to parties so you and your friends can choose exactly what you want. Once we know what you want we will offer you a discount. This way you will all feel  totally pampered, receiving exactly what you want whilst saving money. A deposit will be required at booking.

How long does my hair have to be for waxing?

Your hair growth needs to be at least 1 mm to ensure effective removal.

What is the difference between a bikini, extended bikini, Brazilian and Hollywood?

A bikini line will simply be waxed on the bikini line, extended will go an inch further, Brazilian is everything except a small neat strip left and Hollywood waxing is everything gone.

How will I know which facial is best for me?

We offer free consultations over the telephone or via a face analysis service with a therapist. This way we can let you know which facial will be the most beneficial for you before you book.

Can I still have treatment when I am pregnant?

Our treatments are mostly safe for pregnant clients however please always let us know as we may need to adapt our treatments to you.

Do you sell retail products and gift vouchers?

Yes. We have an amazing range of products to enhance your treatments such as facial products. We only stock the very best products from Dermalogica, Elemis, OPI and Pharaclinix. You can also purchase gift vouchers at reception for an amount or treatment.

Will I need a patch test for tinting and lashes?

Here at Zara Health and Beauty your health and safety is very important to us. This means every client MUST have a patch test 24-48 hours prior to their brow and lash treatment.

I signed the tinting and glue disclaimer on my last visit, why should I do it again?

You will be required to sign this form every time you have a lash or tinting service with us. This is to ensure there have been no changes and that you are happy to continue knowing you have had your patch test.

Do I need to book appointments or can I walk in?

We do welcome walk-ins and operate our eyebrows on a walk-in-only basis. We recommend booking appointments to avoid disappointment especially on weekends and busy times.

How long is my gift voucher valid for?

Your gift voucher gives you 6 months to use it against any of our treatments.

Can I bring my children and family?

We would ask that due to the size of the salons that you don’t bring any friends and family in when you are having your treatments. There are cafés in the area that are ideal places to wait. Please be aware that we have small waiting area & kindly request that you don’t bring anyone in with you unless they are receiving treatments. We respectfully ask that customers don’t bring children into the salon. This is for your maximum comfort and enjoyment.

Do you offer a loyalty card?

We love rewarding our customers! Our loyalty card entitles you to a point for every visit or 3 points for every£50 you spend then 6 points when you spend over £100 and 6 points means £5 off your next service.

What if I need to change my appointment?

We understand you may need to change your appointment however we do ask that you give us at least 24 hours notice.

When should I arrive for my appointment?

Please arrive 10 minutes early for your appointment.

What if I feel nervous about having an intimate treatment such as massage or waxing?

We are professionals here at Zone Beauty Studio. We want you to feel really comfortable and enjoy your treatment so we ensure you feel relaxed and at home at all times.
